Deftly skilled shuckers ply their trade with the freshest Clams and Oysters at a marble topped Raw Bar while family and friends gather in our bustling, jukebox filled dining room, day and night, to enjoy our timeless American fare of Steaks, Seafood and Burgers.

Our walls, adorned with collected photos and archives from Nevada to New York, the red leather banquets and even the signature urinals, all contribute to a reassuring familiarity that is classic PJS. We hope that the best of things will never change, the "Cadillac of Burgers" tastes as good as ever, but somehow always better with friends.
