There’s no excuse to hit Vegas without going out for a steak.
That’s why P.J. Clarke’s New York Chophouse serves up six different cuts – including our hometown’s New York Strip. Add in a classic cocktail and a plate of ice cold oysters shucked fresh from the marble–topped Raw Bar and your Vegas dining experience is complete.
The atmosphere here is authentic P.J. Clarke’s, with hardwood paneling, a vintage jukebox, and photos of Vegas legends plastering the walls. The handcrafted century-old Phoenix bar, previously part of the Rothschild Estate, now serves up locals, tourists, and business people alike. But this being Vegas, not absolutely everything is vintage. Case in point: For sports fans, there is a 180–inch TV screen. So you can dine in high style without missing the big game.
It’s classic P.J.’s with a Vegas touch. Sinatra would approve. We think you’ll like it too.
